Paid packages start from €3,000 (Lean Build — AI for design and dev), €7,500 (Studio Build — dedicated designer), and €15,000 (Full Build — full brand identity). Equity deals start at €500 plus a small equity stake. We set the final price in the scoping call, based on your scope. How long until my MVP is live? Lean Build: 2–4 weeks. Studio Build: 4–8 weeks. Full Build: 8–12 weeks. Includes design, dev, and deployment. Confirmed in the scoping call. What if I haven't incorporated my startup yet? That's fine — we use SAFE notes for pre-incorporation deals. The agreement converts to equity automatically when you raise your next round. Standard practice for early-stage. How does a SAFE actually work? A SAFE is a Simple Agreement for Future Equity — a standard contract popularized by Y Combinator and used by thousands of startups globally. You sign now; it converts to actual equity at your next funding round (or exit). No shares issued today, no notary, minimal paperwork. Do I have to choose between equity and paid upfront? No — apply via either path, the email will show the relevant options for your stage. We'll find the right structure together in the scoping call. Switching is fine. What countries do you work in? Mainly European startups — Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden. We can adapt to other countries case by case. The agreement adjusts to your jurisdiction. ## Scope and ownership What we own: - Architecture and stack: framework, database, infrastructure cloud. - MVP development: from technical design to production deploy. - Post-launch maintenance: 6 months included in every deal (equity and paid). Covers bug fixes of any priority, iterations on existing features, small UX/performance improvements within the agreed scope buffer. What stays with the founder: - Product roadmap and feature decisions. - Marketing, pricing, go-to-market. - Legal and corporate decisions (with their advisor). Code IP is the founder's from day zero. Repository transferred or accessible from the start. No lock-in on tools or proprietary infrastructure. No clauses subordinating the code transfer to the deal outcome.
