# CoFounder Lab

> CoFounder Lab is a small European team that acts as the technical cofounder for non-technical startup founders. We build production-ready MVPs end-to-end (design, frontend, backend, infra, deploy) in exchange for either a small equity stake (symbolic build cost + SAFE) or a fixed price. We work primarily with early-stage founders across the European Union.

We exist to fill the gap between three options that don't fit early-stage founders well: an agency (too expensive and incentive-misaligned), a freelancer (no skin in the game, fragile delivery), or "no cofounder yet" (idea sits on the shelf). ## What we offer

- Equity Light — €500 symbolic build cost + a small equity stake (5–16% depending on stage), via SAFE. Works pre-incorporation.
- Hybrid — €2,000–€6,000 + 4–7% equity, depending on stage.
- Revenue Share — 4–10% of revenue, capped, until the cap is reached. Then the founder is free, no equity.
- Lean Build — €3,000 fixed. Up to 5 screens, basic auth, 1 integration, AI-assisted design. ~2 weeks.
- Studio Build — €7,500 fixed. Up to 10 screens, multiple user roles, custom human design (Momento). ~4 weeks.
- Full Build — €15,000 fixed. Studio Build + full brand identity (logo, palette, type system, brand book). ~6 weeks.

All deals include 6 months of post-launch maintenance (bug fixes + iteration on existing features).

## Who we work with

- Stage: idea → validated → MVP partial → post-MVP scaling.
- Audience: non-technical founders who have evaluated agencies (too expensive) and freelancers (low trust) and want a cofounder, not a vendor.
- Geography: primarily Italy, France, Germany, Spain, UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium. Other EU countries case-by-case.
